What form of payment do you accept? Do you accept cash?
We currently accept payment by Paypay or Credit card such as Visa,Mastercard, American Express and so on .We can not receive the Cash.
How do I know the price of the products in my country?
You can solve this problem with the translator that comes with our website.
You can find it at the top of the menu bar if you are using a mobile phone to access our store.
You can find it below the search bar in the upper right corner if you are visiting our store from a desktop device.
Its initial state is like this: US dolla($)↓ And you may click it to choose your country's currency.
Returns
I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?
Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.You may contact us via service@tktoygun.com to request for change.
How do I return a product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@tktoygun.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1/ To US UK UZ NZ.....(European countries and North America):10~20 days.
2/ To Asian countries:7~15 days.
3/ To Other countries:15~25days
